Project: Get Noticed Creative — White Lodging Indianapolis content shoot, November 11, 2026 (photos and video at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown and Conner's Kitchen + Bar).

1. For the opportunity to have My Materials appear in the Project and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, I authorize Marriott International, Inc., its affiliates, and designees, the hotel owner and, if the hotel is franchised, the hotel franchisee (collectively, "Marriott") to reproduce, publish, own and use in connection with the Project the following items for use in websites, social media, publications, printed materials, banner advertisements, and other advertising, promotion and marketing materials, or any other purpose excluding broadcast, all in electronic, digital or printed format and any other medium now known or hereafter developed: all or any part of my likeness that I have provided to Marriott (collectively, "My Materials").

2. I hereby grant and license to Marriott the right to use My Materials as stated above, and I waive all rights of "droit moral" or "moral rights of authors" or any similar rights or principles of law that I may now or hereafter have in My Materials as used for the Project. Marriott also may make archival or historic reference in perpetuity to My Materials as used for the Project. I further agree to execute and deliver to Marriott any further documents and do any further acts reasonably needed to perfect or protect the rights and license to My Materials conveyed as intended herein.

3. I understand and agree that the Project and/or portions thereof, including My Materials, may be distributed to the public. I understand and agree that Marriott in its sole discretion may (i) reproduce, digitize, modify, change, alter, adapt, or otherwise make use of My Materials in any form or format, and (ii) edit, delete and/or use some or all of My Materials alone or with other materials, including text, data, images, photographs, illustrations, animation, graphics, and video or audio segments. I understand and agree that I will have no right of approval over the manner of use of My Materials, including any use or non-use thereof. I understand and agree that I do not and will not have any ownership or rights in the Project or any portion thereof (including My Materials as used therein), including trademark rights, copyright rights, publicity rights or approval rights.

4. I represent and affirm that the consent by no other person or entity is required for Marriott use My Materials; and Marriott's use of My Materials will not violate the rights of any third parties.

5. I hereby release Marriott from, and will neither sue nor bring any proceeding against Marriott for, any liability, loss, demands, claims or causes of action, whether now known or unknown, for defamation, invasion or other violations of rights to privacy, publicity, personality or any similar matter, for violation of any intellectual property rights, or based upon or relating to the use of My Materials.

I represent that I am of full age, and I have read the foregoing and fully understand the meaning and effect thereof, and intending to be legally bound I have signed this Authorization, Assignment and Release.
